We look at what you have sent, ask anything we need to know, and give you a clear quote with no obligation. Larger jobs usually need a visit first.
Agree the plan
You decide what goes in and what stays. We talk through the order of work, access and anything we need from you before a start date is booked.
We do the work
Plumbing, electrics, tiling and carpentry handled by one person, so there is one point of contact and no handing the job between trades.
Handover
We tidy up, show you how everything works and go through the finished job with you before we call it done.

Questions
Before you get in touch
What is the best way to contact you?
WhatsApp. You can send photos and measurements, we can see exactly what you mean, and the whole conversation stays in one place. You can also call or use the form on this page.
Do I need to send photos?
They are not essential, but they help a lot. Photos of the room, with a rough idea of the size, let us ask the right questions and give you a more accurate quote sooner. For bigger jobs we will usually arrange a visit as well.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Quotes are free and come with no obligation. We would rather you had the full picture before you decide.
Do you cover my area?
We are based in Frome and cover Somerset, Wiltshire, Bath and Bristol and the towns and villages around them. Tell us your postcode and we will confirm.
